Dr. Charles Nord received his doctorate (Ph.D) in Counseling and Human Systems from Florida State University. He is also a veteran who has served our country as a Captain in the United States Army. He currently is still serving as a reserve. Dr. Nord has an extensive career in psychology and works with US Neuropathy Centers in the pre-surgical assessment and psychological management of patients who suffer from chronic lower extremity pain and peripheral neuropathy. He has served as a consultant to Head Start and has served as a psychotherapist for the Atlanta Center for Psychotherapy. He is currently in private practice and is the executive director for the Institute for Marital and Family Therapy. Dr. Nord also performs psychometric testing.
